MCYIA, an interior architecture practice, curated the interiors, and the landscaping is planted in native Hawaiian species — pōhinahina, ʻakia, ʻūlei, and kupukupu ferns alongside plumeria and spider lilies. Four bedrooms on BeautyRest mattresses: king, two queens, and a twin room. Two and a half baths. The kitchen is set up for people who stay a while rather than pass through — Keurig, convection toaster oven, and a proper Japanese rice cooker. Out back, a private BBQ area with gathering seating, built for grilling after dark. There's a Tesla charger on site. Ocean and mountain views throughout, and a shared hot tub in the community.
