Four bedrooms sleeping nine — king, two queens, and a fourth with a full and a twin trundle — each with its own television, which settles a lot of arguments. All the bedrooms and full baths are upstairs, with a half bath on the main floor. The backyard is the reason to book: a hot tub on the deck, a gazebo strung with lights and lounge seating around a fire-pit table, a covered patio for dinner, and a gas grill. Flooring was upgraded to vinyl plank in 2025. Ocean and mountain views from the front, gated community, beach kit stocked with towels, cooler, chairs, and sand toys.
